In MULTITRUST MERCANTILE LOGISTICS LIMITED, safety is our watchword; hence we ensure at all times, strict commitment and compliance to the highest standards within and outside work environment, staff well being, engagement with stakeholders and quality output in line with international best practices. MULTITRUST MERCANTILE LOGISTICS LIMITED, is committed to providing safety within the company and providing safe working conditions to both employees and clients. At MULTITRUST MERCANTILE LOGISTICS LIMITED, the safety off all persons, is our top priority, and we are deeply concerned in protecting the people we work with. Our notion is that all accidents are preventable. We do this by engaging trained and certified HSE professionals who make their in-puts by establishing rules and safe working procedures. These HSE professionals help employees to exercise good judgment and apply common sense whenever they find themselves in unsafe conditions and exposed to hazards and or risks. All MULTITRUST MERCANTILE LOGISTICS LIMITED employees have the opportunity to protect themselves and contribute to the protection of their fellow employees, crew-members, environment and equipment for which they are responsible.

We educate and train all employees, stakeholders to comply with all safety standards in order to protect the environment and their own health. We provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities. We consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety. We provide and maintain safe plants, equipment, environment and work condition.We ensure safe handling and use of equipment and gadgets to prevent work related ill health. We sensitize all stakeholders on our HSEQ Policy whenever they come in contact with us. We provide information, instruction and supervision for employees and stake holders. We ensure all employees are competent to discharge their duties as we invest in capacity building. We review and revise this policy at regular intervals to ensure quality services at all times. Compliance with all relevant interested parties requirements (such as clients, regulatory/statutory, external providers, technical partners among others); Effective implementation of our organizational requirements i.e. its Management Systems & related processes and procedures; Continual improvement of all business related processes in line with requirements of ISO 9001:2015 in order to achieve its strategic vision and overall organizationalperformance; Establishment and implementation of measurable quality objectives at relevant levelsand functions in order to achieve effective and efficient QMS and overall customersatisfaction;
